Here at Nudogen we want you to have the best experience possible and get your products to you in the most time-effective and efficient manner.
What carriers does Nudogen use?
Nudogen offers ground shipping with either UPS, USPS or DHL. We also offer expedited options available at check out.
Domestic Shipping
We currently only are able to ship our products within the US and US territories.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by the your local delivery options or the product purchased. Shipping rates and services are subject to change without prior notice. "Delivery by" dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak times such as holidays, federal holidays, shipments may be delayed. Shipments also may be delayed due to natural disasters, other disasters, and inclement weather.
Orders will typically be fulfilled in 2-3 business days unless an item is on back-order, then it will be longer.
Nudogen does not support the use of forwarding addresses.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your orders will be charged and displayed at check-out.

Delivery to PO Boxes
If your final delivery is a PO Box address, final delivery will be made by USPS regardless of the shipping type you chose. PO Box deliveries are not currently available for Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories. We currently are not able to expedite delivery to a PO box.
Tracking an order
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You can log into your account anytime to track your order. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
